While I eat some ice cream and dessert once in a while I don’t do it everyday because I try to keep my nutrition as nourishing as possible instead of full of empty calories! But… WE ALL GET THE SWEET CRAVINGS FROM TIME TO TIME LOL! I personally love sweet stuff so I always come up with ways to enjoy healthy sweets.
After my 5k run I was craving something sweet and frozen so I did this delish ”ice cream”.
You need (You can change quantities depending on your requirements):
-1.5 scoops chocolate vegan protein powder
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (can be less or more depending on how thick you want it)
-1cup frozen strawberries
-pinch of stevia
-1/2 c berries
Add ingredients to the blender, BLEND and serve with toppings (berries&hemp seeds) you can also get creative and come up with your own toppings (seeds, chocolate, banana, granola, coconut, pb, etc.)
